PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a folding container with a lid capable of preventing half lid bodies from being hooked each other even when the half lid bodies of the adjacent folding containers with the lid are abutted on each other, and preventing the conveyance of the folding container with the lid from being impaired thereby when conveying the folding container with the lid by an adequate conveying means while a lid member is opened. SOLUTION: In the folding container constituted of a folding container body C comprising an upper frame 1, a bottom part 2, a flap side wall 3, an upper split side wall 4', and a lower split side wall 4", and a lid member L consisting of a pair of half lid bodies 5, a loading part 5' and a loaded part 5" of the half lid body are juxtaposed via a sinusoidal boundary wall 5i.
