A rolling device that is, even if it is used under severe conditions such as high speed, heavy load, high temperature, and insufficient lubrication, less likely to have damage such as seizure and abrasion and has a long lifetime. A needle-roller thrust bearing has an inner ring (1), an outer ring (2), and rollers (3) rollably arranged between a raceway (1a) of the inner ring (1) and a raceway (2a) of the outer ring (2). An area equivalent to 75% or more, in an area ratio, of at least one of the raceway (1a) of the inner ring (1), the raceway (2a) of the outer ring (2), and a rolling surface (3a) of the roller (3) is coated with a lubricant film formed from solid lubricant. The lubricant film preferably has a thickness of not less than 0.05 µm and not more than 8 µm.
