PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a radius of curvature of a surface constituting an intersection part of a side surface of a mounting recessed part and an outside face of an interior article from being increased, when mounting a part to be mounted in the mounting recessed part of the interior article for a vehicle. SOLUTION: A recessed part 3a is formed in a form layer 3. A through hole 4c is formed in a part opposed to the recessed part 3a of the surface 4. The through hole 4c is made smaller than an opening part of the recessed part 3a so that the surface 4 in the surrounding may project to the inside from the recessed part 3a. On an inner peripheral surface of the through hole 4a, a connecting part 4d for connecting the one side part and the other side part is formed. At least the part of the surface 3 for forming the mounting recessed part 7 is heated to be softened.
