<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the quality of a real time service and to increase system throughput by reducing the delay jitter of a service to which severe delay jitter is requested, and reducing delay which occurs due to retransmission in a host layer when starting a Compressed Mode for measuring different frequency in a packet transmission system using HARQ. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system is provided in which a mobile station and a base station set the radio channels of an incoming line and an outgoing line, and the mobile station transmits a data flow. In the radio communication system, the base station stops the transmission of the outgoing line set with the mobile station in a predetermined transmission stop time, the mobile station determines packet transmission in a first transmission time prior to a predetermined time determined from the transmission stop time or packet retransmission in the first transmission time according to the data flow, the mobile station transmits the packet according to the determination, and the base station transmits a delivery confirmation signal to the transmitted packet in the predetermined time, and the mobile station performs retransmission according to the delivery confirmation signal or determination. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
