<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide printing equipment which stabilize the wettability characteristics of a silicone blanket and the content of a low-molecular-weight polysiloxane compound and thus enables maintenance of printing precision and transferability and receptivity of ink in excellent states over a long period of time. <P>SOLUTION: The printing equipment 10 comprises the silicone blanket 11, a blanket cylinder 12 for rotationally moving the blanket, an endless belt 13, pulleys 16 for relatively moving the belt for the silicone blanket 11 and a control part 20 controlling the pulleys etc. A solvent of ink which is contained in the silicone blanket 11 can be absorbed by bringing a first region 14 of the endless belt 13 into contact with the silicone blanket 11, while the low-molecular-weight polysiloxane can be supplied to the silicone blanket 11 by bringing a second region 15 into contact with the silicone blanket 11. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
