A method for heat exchange between at least three heat carriers is in adding third or any following heat carrier to the second heat carrier without pre-mixing with it. One chooses the place to add to the flow-through cavity the third or any next heat carrier under condition of transfer of optimal quantity of heat between those. A heat exchanger (1) to perform this method comprises chambers (2) for inlet and outlet of heat carriers and of heat-exchange packet (3) transmitting heat. At least in one of inlet chambers (2) through which heat carriers flow distribution unit (4) is placed. It goes to the flow-through channels and if needed at operation or in condition of rest its angle of inclination and/or depth of penetration to the channels can vary automatically or manually. To the formed inlet cavities (5, 6) are separately connected at least two channels (7, 8) for heat carrier supply. Those inventions promote simplification of structure of heat exchangers for implementation of heat exchange between several heat carriers.
