A mill stand contains a bed, a device in the form of a brush drum mounted in C-shaped clamp, which contains an actuator of rotation of brushes, a mechanism of reciprocating displacement of the brushesalong the shaft, and a mechanism of feed of brushes to the shaft. The mechanism of reciprocating displacement of brushes is additionally equipped with supporting-rotary shaft and two pairs of equal-arm lever wings. C-shaped clamp has an opening. In the unit of the drive of brushes the engine block is fixed on the tubular flange. The shaft of the engine through the connecting shaft is connected with the brush drum. Tubular flange freely moves relative to the pad. The hydraulic cylinder of the mechanism of feed of brushes is mounted on the outer side of the pad from the drive end and its stock through the lever is connected with the supporting-rotary shaft of the mechanism of reciprocating displacement of the brush.
