PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling regulatory station for enabling the automatization of a transplanting process of separating cultivated aseptic plants and transplanting them to rooting vessels in a place crowded with obstacles or in a narrow working space such as in vitro. SOLUTION: The seedling regulatory station has a plurality of seedling regulatory systems. The system comprises a regulatory hand having a cutting blade and movable in the XYZ directions, a sensor unit capable of recognizing seedling shape, and a turnable separate chuck gripping a seedling with optimum grip force. The system works as follows: The shape of a seedling gripped by the separate chuck is measured by the sensor unit, a point of the seedling to be cut off is calculated based on the measurement data, and the unnecessary seedling point is cut off with the regulatory hand.
