PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain antistatic effect maintainable even by washing, etc., while preventing fear of impairing the feeling of fiber. SOLUTION: The antistatic agent comprises a polycationic organic compound having 3,000-200,000 average molecular weight, an anionic polymer having 10,000-300,000 average molecular weight or its salt, a polyfunctional group-containing crosslinking agent and a low-molecular anionic surfactant or its salt.
