PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding equipment of a non-bent spark plug capable of welding a precious metal tip to the ground electrode efficiently, a manufacturing device of a spark plug using this, a welding method of a non-bent spark plug, and a manufacturing method of the spark plug. SOLUTION: The welding equipment 20 is a device for welding the non-bent spark plug 10B. The welding equipment 20 consists of a video camera 22, a laser emitting unit 26, and a welding table 21 for supporting and rotating the non-bent spark plug 10B. The imaging optical axis 22Ax of the video camera 22 is made coaxial with the rotating axis 25AX of the welding table 21. In the welding equipment 20, after the spark plug 20B is fixed, laser welding is carried out by matching the center 44C of the tip image 44 of the tip with the image center 41 of the image 40 in the image 40 of the video camera 22.
