PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide nano-separation beads having a nano-scale of 1μm or below. SOLUTION: The nano-separation beads (1) for liquid chromatography are formed by modifying the surfaces of porous/non-porous silica beads, which have a nano-size of 1μm or below, with a ligand and the ligand (2) is obtained by bonding an alcoholic organosilane agent to the silanol group of the silica beads.
