PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pneumatic radial tire capable of improving rim assemblage performance without deteriorating driveability. SOLUTION: Cord density of a reinforcing layer 6 disposed from a bead part 2 to a side wall part 5 at a tire diametric inner end part A is set to be lower than cord density of a reinforcing layer main body part B on the outer side of it.
