FIELD: methods and equipment for prolonged storage of agricultural products under active ventilation conditions, preferably in-pile storage of products. ^ SUBSTANCE: method involves measuring air temperature in upper zone; comparing resultant air temperature in upper zone with chosen value; generating signal on the basis of comparison for supplying heat to upper zone; heating air in upper zone and regulating heat source power depending on temperature of outer air; additionally measuring relative humidity of air in upper zone and temperature of store covering inner surface; determining dew-point temperature of air in upper zone; determining on the basis of dew-point temperature value setting temperature at which heat supplying signal is to be generated; comparing setting temperature with measured temperature of covering inner surface; generating, on the basis of comparison result, signal for heat supplying in order to increase temperature of covering inner surface to set value and supplying heat to covering inner surface; after reaching set temperature, ceasing heating of covering inner surface. Apparatus has heater for heating covering inner surface, temperature sensor for detecting temperature of air in upper zone, controllable commutator, and power source. Controllable commutator has power input, output and control input, said power source being connected through power input and output and through commutator output to heater. Apparatus is further fitted with sensor for detecting relative humidity of air in upper zone, sensor for detecting temperature of covering inner surface, computing unit, stock value setter for setting stock value on the basis of dew-point temperature. Computing unit has four informational inputs and one output. Outputs of relative humidity sensor, sensors for detecting temperature of air in upper zone, and temperature of covering inner surface are respectively connected to first, second and third informational inputs, and output of stock value setter for setting stock value on the basis of dew-point temperature is connected to forth informational input. Output of computing unit is connected to control input of commutator. Heater for covering inner surface is built in covering body and located closer to surface to be heated. ^ EFFECT: increased efficiency and reduced consumption of power. ^ 3 cl, 2 dwg |
