PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce time required for tuning the frequency of radio waves from a target. SOLUTION: When receiving information including the type of a platform whose arrival is predicted from a prescribed communication information network, the radio wave frequency of a radar mounted on the platform concerned is extracted from a platform library for storing the type of the platform of the radar to be mounted, and the features of the radio waves of the radar by an arrival radio wave prediction/turning control means for outputting a tuning control signal for instructing tuning to the frequency. A receiver tuning means is preferentially tuned to a frequency instructed by the tuning control signal received during normal sweeping operation, and extracts an electrical signal, by capturing the radio waves from the target. A reception signal feature measuring means measures and analyzes the features of the radio waves of the target captured, and verifies the platform library, based on the features of the radio waves for specifying the type of the radar.
