The coupling has a flexible joint disc (13), where mesh arrangements are assigned to bolts (16`) for connection with a shaft part (11) and to nuts (18) for connection with another part or with a power engine, by tractive forces acting in circumferential directions. The arrangements are vulcanized in the disc. A flange arrangement (14), connected with one of the shaft parts, is vulcanized in the disc.
