<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for activating RecA in the whole PCR cycle and maintaining the RecA's biological function, furthermore, to provide a method and a kit for amplifying only a desired nucleic acid through inhibiting nonspecific amplification more specifically and efficiently. <P>SOLUTION: The method for activating the extreme thermophile-derived RecA protein in a polymerase chain reaction(PCR) involves conducting the reaction by adding a nucleotide 5'-triphosphate( except deoxynucleotide 5'-triphosphate and nucleotide 5'-O-3-thiotriphosphate ) to the system. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI |
