PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polyimide benzoxazole film which improves the adhesion to a metallic layer while maintaining the strength of a polyimide film, its manufacturing method, and a metallized film using the same. SOLUTION: The polyimide benzoxazole film is a film containing a polyimide obtained by condensation polymerization of an aromatic diamine having a benzoxazole structure and an aromatic tetracarboxylic anhydride, and the N/C atomic ratio of the surface layer of at least one side of the film, measured by X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, is≥1.03 times the N/C atomic ratio in the inner part of the film. The metallized film is obtained by forming a metallic layer on the one side of the above film. The above polyimide benzoxazole film is suitably produced by subjecting at least one side of the film containing the polyimide to plasma discharge treatment in a specified atmosphere.
