<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disaster information collection/provision system capable of collecting and providing information for performing rapid restoration work and proper information to be communicated to a demander when a water supply facility is suffered from a disaster. <P>SOLUTION: This disaster information collection/provision system has: a center facility 100 including a storage material information management device 110 having storage parts 112, 113 storing material information and storage place information, and collating position information of disaster occurrence, the material information, and the storage place information to produce damage material information and damage material storage place information, a water supply pipe network management device 120 having storage parts 122, 123 storing water supply pipe network information and water supply facility information, and collating the position information, the water supply pipe network information, and the water supply facility information to produce city, town or village address information for specifying a water cutoff occurrence area, and a mobile body management device 130 managing a position of a mobile body; and a portable terminal device 200 receiving the damage material information, the damage material storage place information and the city, town or village address information according to the transmitted position information. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
