Composition comprises NO-releasing nonsteroid anti-inflammatory drug, surface-active substance, oil or semisolid fat and forms in situ emulsion of type oil-in-water after contact with aqueous medium, such as gastroenteric fluid. Also, invention relates to a medicinal formulation based on thereof, oral emulsion, set based on thereof and a method for treatment of inflammation and pain.
