PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide technology capable of changing a tone of intake noise without using an expensive electric apparatus such as a speaker and without complicated control. SOLUTION: In this air duct structure, an elastic plate 52 extending along a flow direction of intake air is arranged in an air duct arranged in an intake system of an internal combustion engine. Since the elastic plate 52 vibrates in expansion and contraction direction at 1/2 cycle of intake air flow velocity fluctuation when the same is subjected to the intake air velocity fluctuation, pressure pulsation of 1/2 cycle of the intake air flow velocity fluctuation is generated in the air duct.
