<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exhibit a sufficient balance ability by reducing the number and the diameter of the ring for a hydraulic double clutch as far as possible and restraining the mechanical friction and the cost to minimum. <P>SOLUTION: The hydraulic double clutch is furnished with the first balance chamber 10a that is arranged on the other side of the first clutch piston 6a and the second balance chamber 10b that is arranged on the other side of the second clutch piston 6b.
