PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor joint device capable of efficiently preventing damage by following the vibration of an earthquake. SOLUTION: The floor joint device 1 is constituted of a recess section 4 on one joint section side, a slidable supporting body supporting the rear end section to the other floor skeleton in the direction in front and behind in a slidingly movable manner and locating the front end section in the approximately central part of the recess section 4, one joint plate 14 closely mounting the front end section to a supporting body between the other joint plate 10 mounting the rear end section of the supporting body 7 so that it can be supported by the supporting body 7 and the front end section of the other joint plate 10 and mounting the rear end section to one floor skeleton on an anti-joint section side of the recess section and a mounting mechanism formed in the inclined plane enabling the other joint plate 10 or one joint plate 14 to invade the lower part in the case a joint section 2 vibrates so that it can become narrow and, at the same time, put on a mounting section so that the joint plate invaded in the lower part can be moved in the vertical direction.
