PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a conjugate monofilament of a fluorine-containing copolymer layer and a polyamide resin layer, which has excellent adhesiveness between the fluorine-containing copolymer and the polyamide resin layer and is useful as a aquatic material such as fishline or fishing net and a yarn having excellent dimensional stability, roundness, color tone, water repellency, low-temperature property, drawability, stain resistance, oil repellency and glossiness, high straight line strength, knot strength, softness, transparency, hydrolytic resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, light resistance, antistatic property, durability, abrasion resistance, impact resistance, heat resistance, hot water resistance, ratio of knot strength/straight line strength and slipperiness, reduced curling habit and slight creaking and proper specific gravity. SOLUTION: The conjugate monofilament comprises a fluorine-containing copolymer layer (A) containing a polymerization unit (a) based on a tetrafluoroethylene and/or a chlorotrifluoroethylene and containing a carbonyl group and a polyamide layer (B) which are directly laminated.
