FIELD: mechanical engineering; repair of load beams. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed method includes removal of worn out part of load beam with possibility of preservation of its upper chord with all ties. New part of load beam is fitted in cutout and is welded to remaining part of beam. Moreover, new part of beam is reinforced by cover plates made of sheets with rounded off edges. Said cover plates are installed and welded to both sides of wall of remaining part of beam and its new part. ^ EFFECT: enlarged technological capabilities, reduced labor input at repairing, preservation of geometrical parameters of crane bridge. ^ 2 cl 1 ex, 4 dwg |
