The bucket tappet has a torsional stop element having a wall (24) which runs circumferentially along the longitudinal axis of the torsional element. The front surface (27) of the wall is supported radially inwards along outer lateral surface of the cover (4). The wall has at least a projection (9,10) which possesses a recess (5) and shoulders (25,26). The projection of the wall having a recess and shoulders is supported at inner lateral surface of the cover. An independent claim is also included for the method for production of bucket tappet.
