PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filter element with an excellent noise attenuation characteristic to common mode noise. SOLUTION: Signal conductors 9a, 9b are respectively opposed to ground conductors 8a, 8b via a belt-like insulator 7b, belt-like conductors 10a, 10b are respectively opposed to belt-like conductors 10c, 10d via the belt-like insulator 7b, the belt-like conductor 10a is connected to the signal conductor 9a and the belt-like conductor 10d at its one end side, and the belt-like conductor 10b is connected to the signal conductor 9b and the belt-like conductor 10c at its one end side.
