THIN FILM TRANSISTOR DISPLAY PANEL AND METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thin film transistor display panel capable of simultaneously securing low resistivity and reliability, and a method for manufacturing it.

SOLUTION: The thin film transistor display panel of the present invention comprises: an insulating substrate; a gate line formed on the insulating substrate; a gate insulating film formed on the gate line; a data line having a source electrode formed on the gate insulating film; a drain electrode facing the source electrode; and a pixel electrode coupled to the drain electrode. At least one of the gate line, the data line, and the drain electrode comprises a first conductive layer comprising a conductive oxide and a second conductive layer comprising copper.
