PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a controller of temperature around an oil pan capable of properly controlling temperature around the oil pan in accordance with a condition of engine oil in the oil pan. SOLUTION: This controller of temperature around the oil pan is provided with a heat accumulating tank 13, hollow chambers 10c, 11c formed among inner bodies 10a, 11a and outer bodies 10b, 11b constituting the oil pans 10, 11, and electric water pumps 16, 17 and a three way valve 18 for replacing cooling water and gas which are heating mediums among the heat accumulating tank 13 and the hollow chambers 10c, 11c in accordance with a condition of engine oil in the oil pans 10, 11.
