<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simulation method for rubber material useful for an accurate analysis of a deformation state or the like of a rubber material. <P>SOLUTION: This rubber material simulation method for simulating deformation of a filler-filled rubber containing rubber and a filler comprises a step S1 for setting a material model with the filler-filled rubber divided by numerically analyzable elements; steps S2 and S3 for setting conditions to the material mode to perform deformation calculation; and a step S4 for acquiring a necessary physical quantity from the deformation calculation. The material model includes a filler model with the filler divided by a finite number of elements and a rubber model surrounding the filler model with the rubber divided by a finite number of elements, and deformation rate dependency for variation of a stress to be generated depending on a deformation rate is defined to the rubber model. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
