A pharmaceutical composition comprising an anticholinergic of formula 1 wherein X^- is an anion; salmeterol xinafoate, or a hydrate, solvate, enantiomer, or mixtures of enantiomers thereof; and a steroid selected from ciclesonide, budesonide, and mometasone furoate, or a solvate or hydrate thereof.
