PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter designed to improve the rolling accuracy of a seedling planting part equipped with a land leveler. SOLUTION: This seedling transplanter has the following construction and mechanism: a liftable traveling part side base 14 is mounted via a land-leveling rolling shaft 16 with a land-leveling base 17 in a transversely rollable manner by a lift link mechanism 13 equipped on a traveling vehicle body 2. The land-leveling base 17 is mounted with the land leveler 22, and the traveling part side base 14 and the land-leveling base 17 are joined via left and right rolling springs 43 and 43 to enable the land-leveling base 17 to be put to rolling control left and right passively. The land-leveling base 17 is mounted with the seedling planting part 19 in a transversely rollable manner through a planting rolling shaft 18 to enable the seedling planting part 19 to be put to rolling control left and right by a rolling actuator 21 so as to be compliant with the rolling control mode of the land-leveling base 17.
