PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an outside air cooling method allowing efficient cooling particularly in a cold district, avoiding a steep rise of an equipment cost and improving settlement. SOLUTION: The outside air cooling method comprises steps of leading outside air of a total air supply quantity of X% (X% is a quantity less than 100%), into an air conditioner, mixing outside air of X% and return air of (100-X)% in the air conditioner, and regulating the temperature of mixed air by cooling the mixed air to a set temperature by a cold water coil of the air conditioner when the temperature of the mixed air is higher than a set temperature, proportionally controlling each motor damper so that the mixed air has the set temperature when the temperature of the mixed air is lower than the set temperature, or carrying out switching operation between the mixing operation of outside air of X% and return air of (100-X)% and minimum outside air operation so that room temperature reaches the set temperature.
