FIELD: medicine, surgery, intervention radiation diagnostics. ^ SUBSTANCE: one should carry out dynamic ultrasound testing for pancreatic hemodynamics. Moreover, pancreas should be divided into 10-20 square-similar segments. US testing should be conducted along comparative evaluating the number of Doppler signals in pancreatic thickness and at its surface. The decrease of Doppler signals by 50% and more in one or several segments against other pancreatic departments illustrates the necrosis in this area.
