PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate control by introducing a tooth clutch connection for connecting a spline ball screw. SOLUTION: The ball screw is provided with a spline groove, thereby surely connecting a ball screw nut and the ball screw to each other, and the connection between a moving bed side and the ball screw nut is also secured by clutch connection. A gear train is connected to the ball screw nut to thereby easily take turning force of the ball screw and control the moving bed in releasing clutch connection. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
