<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation structure for a count sensor for carrying a tube by which no optical influence caused by the material of the tube is exerted, no detection article is clogged on a detection region, or no detection article externally jumps to a carrying path, and a hyperfine article represented by a current electronic component is positively counted. <P>SOLUTION: At the boundary between an upstream side tube and the connection hole of an upstream side attachment, the connection hole has an inner diameter larger than that of the upstream side tube. At the boundary between the connection hole of the upstream side attachment and the detection hole of a sensor head section, the detection hole has an inner diameter larger than that of the connection hole. In addition, at the boundary between the exit of the detection hole of the sensor head section and the connection hole of a downstream side attachment, the connection hole has an inner diameter larger than that of the detection hole. At the boundary between the connection hole of the downstream side attachment and the inlet of a downstream side tube, the downstream side tube has an inner diameter larger than that of the connection hole. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
