PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens mirror sleeve and an image pickup device having an electromagnetic motor capable of attaining excellent positioning accuracy and size reduction. SOLUTION: This is the electromagnetic motor driven by driving current provided from the outside. This motor has a fixed body, a moving body, a coil sheet layer body which is formed by layering a plurality of coil sheets including a plurality of coils respectively, and a magnet including a plurality of electrodes. One of the coil sheet layer body or the magnet is fixed at the fixed body, and the other is fixed at the moving body so that the magnet may be disposed along a layering direction of the coil sheet layer body. There is provided a magnetomotive force adjustor which makes the magnetomotive force of the first coil smaller than the magnetomotive force of the second coil when a coil provided at one of the coil sheets is made a first coil and a coil provided at the coil sheet layered at a position apart from the magnet further than the coil sheet in which the first coil is provided is made the second coil, thus improving the positioning accuracy.
