A planetary-crank reducer has a body in which a high-speed shaft, a low-speed shaft, first and second satellites with outer teeth, rotary and fixed central wheels with inner teeth are installed, the last ones form coupling with the teeth of respective satellites, a pinwheel with discs and pins, between those the second satellites are placed. To the body are additionally included a central pinion and an intermediate crankshaft whereon the second satellites are installed between the discs of the pinwheel. The intermediate crankshaft is connected to the rotary central wheel, the high-speed shaft is connected to the central pinion, this is kinematically connected to the rotary central wheel through the first satellites fixed in the body of the reducer, and one of the discs of the pin wheel is connected to the low-speed shaft. The discs of the pin wheel are installed on bearings. In the body of the reducer at least one filling opening is arranged, this is intended for filling the cavity of the body completely with fluid lubricant medium with possibility of equilibration of pressure of the environment.
