Personnel safety and protection system has transmitter (1), several sensors (7) all around the motor vehicle and LCD display (8) in front of driver seat of motor vehicle which warns the driver by an acoustic and optical signal of pedestrian, cyclists, children and other passing vehicles. Helmet mounted system has transmitter, green LCD (2), red LCD (3) and load socket (4).
