THERMAL SPRAYING POWDER, THERMAL SPRAYING METHOD AND SPRAYED COATING

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermal spraying powder capable of forming a sprayed coating made of a chromium-iron based-alloy having satisfactory wear resistance.

SOLUTION: The thermal spraying powder ontains carbon-containing chromium-iron-based alloy powder. The ratio of the mass of carbon in the alloy powder to the total of the mass of chromium and iron in the alloy powder is≥2%. The 10% particle diameter D10of the alloy powder is preferably controlled to≥10μm.
