PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide such a heat sink that can solve a problem included in a liquid-cooled heat sink made of polyethylene. SOLUTION: A specified notch is made on one surface of a main body 1 made of polycarbonate, and communication ports 3 and 4 communicating from the notch to the outside are formed at least at two places.
