PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spherical silver powder and its producing method with which the compatibility with a vehicle or a resin, is good and the pre-kneading time can be shortened and also, the productivity of paste can be improved. SOLUTION: The spherical silver having≥5.0 g/cm<SP>3</SP>density of the formed material,≤5μm average particle diameter and≤5 m<SP>2</SP>/g BET (Brunauer-Emett-Teller) specific surface area when the silver grain is reduction-precipitated by adding a reducing agent-containing water solution into aqueous reaction base containing silver ion and this silver grain having≥2.0 g/cm<SP>3</SP>bulk density and 0.3 g, is charged into a cylindrical metallic mold having 5 mm diameter and formed by applying 50 kgf load for one minute, is produced.
