<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power generating facility control system capable of adopting flexible coping considering a time band in which abnormality has occurred and the change of conditions such as the number of operators, and its method. <P>SOLUTION: The power generating facility operation control system 1 is provided with an abnormality detection means 3 for obtaining a state amount from a sensor provided on the observation point of a power generating facility/equipment 2 and detecting the abnormality of the observation part, an operation mode selection means 4 for presetting operation patterns on the basis of the contents of the abnormality detected by the abnormality detection means, selecting the operation mode of the power generating facility/equipment 2 from actually inputted abnormality signals and outputting it, an automatic/manual switching means 5 for switching whether shifting to the operation mode selected by the operation mode selection means 4 is to be performed automatically or manually, and an operation control means 6 for controlling the operation state of the power generating facility/equipment 2 on the basis of the operation pattern selected in the operation mode selection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
