The adapter is in the form of plate, the outline of which is basically that of a cross section of the double trolley wall, and from which assembly pins project in the side edge region. There are several circular holes (16, 18, 20, 22) along the center line (14) of the plate. The holes may be arranged in an upper pair and a lower pair.
