PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutting device of garbage which can treat the garbage together with kitchen wastewater, can easily separate the garbage from the wastewater to prevent the wastewater from being polluted with the crushed products of the garbage and garbage liquid, can satisfactorily discharge the garbage after being cut together with the wastewater, dispenses with a biological treatment tank for wastewater purification, and can effectively use a space below the sink of a sink cabinet as a storage space. SOLUTION: This cutting device of garbage comprises a cutter 24 arranged below the drain hole 22 of a kitchen sink 14, a temporary storage part 68 of the garbage after being cut, arranged in a space in the inner part of the sink 14, and a transfer pipe 72 for transferring the garbage from the cutter 24 backward.
