<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a time series conversion pulse spectroscopic measuring instrument and a spectrometric method allowing highly precise measurement with a high S/N ratio, without being affected by a pulse interval of an excitation laser. <P>SOLUTION: This instrument/method is provided with a charge accumulation detection means for accumulating electric signals flowing between electrode films corresponding to electric field intensity of a reflected or transmitted electromagnetic wave from a sample, and transmitted from a detecting photoconductive element in order, as charges, and for detecting an accumulated charge amount, and a photometric time section signal generating means for generating a photometric time section signal for passing the electric signal transmitted from the detecting photoconductive element to the charge accumulation detection means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI</p> |
