PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid pump in which knocking noise or a squeak are reduced without increasing load on a motor in either case of idle running in the absence of liquid to be fed and an operation for feeding the liquid, and the noise can be efficiently suppressed by a simple constitution. SOLUTION: The liquid pump 6 comprises a casing 3 having an inlet 1 for letting in the liquid W, and an outlet 2 for letting out the liquid W, an impeller 4 housed rotatably in the casing 3, and a drive source 5 placed outside the casing 3 in order to rotate the impeller 4 by magnetic coupling. A rotation shaft 7 is provided integrally with the impeller 4 at the center of rotation of the impeller 4. Both ends of the rotation shaft 7 are supported respectively by sliding bearings 8, in which one bearing 8 is fixed to the casing 3 as a fixed bearing 8a, and the other sliding bearing 8 is placed as a movable bearing 8b so as to be capable of swinging relative to the casing 3.
