PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent generation of a large mesh opening and thrusting-up, while preventing noise from being transmitted to a floor backing. SOLUTION: A floor material 1 is formed by laminating a cushion material 3 on an under surface of a base material 2, and is juxtaposed and laid on the floor backing 4. A projection part 5 projected from an end surface of a base material 2a of a first floor material 1a, is fitted in a projected fitting hole 6 formed on an end surface of a base material 2b of a second floor material 1b. A fitting hole lower side end surface 11 of the base material 2b is allowed to abut on a projecting part lower side end surface 9 of the base material 2a. Clearances S<SB>1</SB>and S<SB>4</SB>are respectively formed between a tip surface 5a of the projection part 5 and a bottom surface 6a of the projection part fitting hole 6 and between a projection part upper side end surface 8 of the base material 2a and a fitting hole upper side end surface 10 of the base material 2b. Locking pieces 15b and 15c projectrd upward from both sides of a locking member 15, are respectively locked on locking grooves 7a and 7b formed on respective under surfaces of connecting side end parts 16a and b without laminating cushion materials 3a and 3b of the base materials 2a and 2b.
