PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the reproductivity of the behavior of a game ball from a game ball shooting device to a game zone. SOLUTION: A game ball guide rail 10 is a press mold made of a long plate, and a recess 12 is formed in the shape of the rail over the whole length of the rail. The recess 12 is tapered and V-shaped with inclined faces in contact with a game ball P, a guided object, on both sides. Straight-lined correction marks K are formed on either inclined face. The correction marks K are formed on an area of the inclined face including the contact position with the game ball P, and are the marks by which the unevenness of the surface of the inclined face is corrected. The roughness on the surface of a contact area SR on the inclined face including the contact position with the game ball P is significantly smaller than that of the other areas on the inclined face.
