PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hair treatment implement for ion introduction of a treatment solution to hair and introducing the treatment solution ionized by far infrared irradiation deeply into the hair. SOLUTION: The treatment apparatus for ion introduction of an effective component to hair and imparting infrared rays to the hair comprises the treatment implement 1 and a control power source apparatus 17. The treatment implement 1 is composed of a grip handle 6 and a grip handle 10 which are branched so that they can turn and holding the hair with a grip handle base part 2 as a fulcrum. At the distal end of a hair holding part 8 on an inner surface 7 on the distal end side of the grip handle 6, an ultrasonic mist generation part 9 and a mist jetting port 15 on its inner surface are arranged. In the longitudinal direction of an inner surface 11 on the distal end side of the grip handle 10, an electrode 13 for ionization and the far infrared irradiation surface 14 are arranged side by side. At the rear end 3 of a grip handle base part, a wiring cord 4 to be connected with an external control power apparatus is provided. The control power source apparatus 17 incorporates an ionization circuit part, a power source part for infrared generation and a power source part for ultrasonic generation, and is provided with a wiring cord 18 for ion introduction having an electrode surface 19 for ionization of a polarity opposite to that of the electrode 13 for ionization of the treatment implement 1 at its distal end.
