PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grounding structure for preventing a wiring board from being damaged even if a lead wire for grounding is abolished. SOLUTION: A through hole 24, a conductor 23 that is electrically connected to a printed grounding circuit pattern 27 and is extended at least near the through hole 24, and a fixing member 25 that is electrically brought into contact with the conductor 23 are provided on a wiring board 20. The through hole 24 is inserted from the rear of the wiring board 20 and a project 14 in which the upper end face 16 projects from the upper surface of the wiring board 20 is provided on a holding member 10. The fixing member 25 is inserted into the project 14, the upper section comes into contact with an upper end face 16 at the project 14 either directly or via the conductor 23, and the lower section is inserted into a body 2.
